How strong is the pressure?
There are 3 modes—Gentle, Balanced, and Deep. You can also use the straps to add light or firm pressure as needed.

How warm does it get?
Two heat levels: 40 °C (gentle) and 45 °C (deeper warmth). Heat can be turned on/off anytime.

How long should I use it?
Most customers enjoy 10–15 minute sessions. The massager has a 15-minute auto-off for comfort.

Where can I use it?
Designed for neck, shoulders, and upper back. You can also position it on the lower back or legs—move slowly and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.

Is it cordless?
